Dogs, Dogs, and more Dogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! River park Tower is a nice place to reside; however there are too many dogs in the building. The evaluators smell of urine because the dogs often can not take the ride downstairs without urinating. I try not to ride the evaluator with the dogs because I do not want to arrive @ work smelling like a kennel. The dogs vary in size from very large to very small. Total Dump. Total Rip-Off Pheasant Hollow and Quail Ridge (managed by Candlebrook) is an absolute rip-off and I strongly urge you to consider living elsewhere. Case in point: 2 1/2 months BEFORE my lease was to expire I received notice to renew. In bold letters, it stated: "We cannot renew your lease without your signature." Two weeks later, without my signature, Candlebrook automatically renewed my lease for one year. Poor condition and property management Not to mention I had to threaten to turn them into the Maryland Real Estate Commission before I got my security deposit back.
