Wonderful apartment complex. All one bedroom in a safe, well maintained and quiet setting. RMDC should be commended for its great management of their affordable housing. The current manager Julie is amazing. Residents are mostly older and are good neighbors. There’s a long waiting list but it’s worth the wait.
Lived here since September 2012, management is great, friendly and helpful. There are helpful classes n the community room. We have Bbq's and eats, we watch out for each other, grounds are kept nicely. Most and Maintenance Mike takes care of things n a timely manner. Pleasant, peaceful 😌 place to live; close to shopping, banks, restaurants you name it, it's around here somewhere!
