I've lived here for several months since October, everyone here seems friendly plus your close enough to get anywhere in town on foot. Your close enough to Carters and Walmart to go get food for you home, and your close enough to the fairgounds for when the fair is in town that you could go over and have fun with your family. This place is income based, and the rent also pays for water and gas though you do have to go to Tri County to open up an account to get power up and running. along with going over to PTCI to get Wifi u... read more
