The PhD team helped us with a master bathroom and master bedroom remodel last year. We had a deck off of our master bedroom that we seldom used. Johnny and the team were able to design a much larger bathroom, walk-in closet and a home office in the space. There were a lot of subcontractors involved and Johnny did a good job keeping things moving along. We stayed within the budget and enjoyed working with everybody on the team. I worked with Johnny on the purchase of my first home and a full renovation. He was fantastic to work with and I couldn't be happier with my home! He was extremely patient with me as we looked for over a year which most of that time was during the height of the pandemic. The patience paid off though and we finally found a little gem that needed some work.
