Had to give 1 star to rate... would give -5 stars. Sold me a simple mobile SIM card that had been previously activated... paid for unlimited on March 9 and was shut off March 29 customer service says it's been 30 days but my receipt and confirmation text both say activated the 9th... complete rip off, customer service some thieves
HORRIBLE customer service & no knowledge of their own products! It's been a month since I bought two iPro S3 PROs and already I've had to get one rebooted because it wouldn't turn on. Then after it was rebooted they wouldn't set it up so the internet would work. Thankfully I was able to use the information from the other phone to program it.
