Never had a real estate transaction go so smoothly or so quickly. I found the house two hours after it posted, and was able to view it that afternoon. The house and property were better than described and Patty worked tirelessly to answer all questions and ensure our concerns were addressed. She went beyond the transaction and provided us with utilities and local information to enable us to take possession and move in immediately.
Taylor Lee was easy to work with. Helped me with decisions (gave me options). Kept me updated on what was going on.
