We met with Peter at our home to discuss the our house's sale in the Charleston area in early August. He said he would provide more details 3-4 days later. Contacted him twice via email and vmail at the 4-day mark and received no reply. Now it has been over a week and still no response. We have lost all confidence and faith in him and his company. Beware of his ghosting practices, and irresponsibility.
We used Justin at PHD Properties to buy and sell our house. We had a great experience and cannot recommend him and his team enough!
