Customer service was top notch. Satisfied with he service, he fixed the office washroom perfectly. Definitely recommend
Customer service guy quoted me one price and the bill came out to nearly 500 dollars more. More than double. When I told them the initial quote, they accused me of lying and said he was there when they quoted me. A complete lie - I would never have confirmed to have the job done if they quoted me 500 dollars more. I knew the general cost as I had called other plumbers. Your son needs to stop lying, i will never contract with this business as I know they can lie to your face.
