Dmytro is amazing! He diagnosed and replaced my AC unit in October of 2024. He is always timely, very knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend
The technician did not tell me how much it costs to add freon, he just told me mine was low and that I needed some and asked me did I want it, I said yes. Afterwards he gives me a bill for $500.00 for 2.5lbs of freon and his service fee. I was shocked, he charged 375.00 to add 2.5lbs of freon. I would not have agreed to it if I knew it would be that much. He didn't check the system for leaks to determine why the freon was low, and when I asked him about he said he didn't check it because the pressure test would be more money... read more
I wish there was a negative rating scale available on Google reviews. Would never recommend these guys for any work. They are highly overpriced and do a sloppy job, even fudged the amount of gas they had filled in the AC. On top of that the guy on phone was extremely rude when we questioned him about the quality of their service.
I had a very disappointing experience with PhD Heating & Cooling. I called them for a routine maintenance check on my HVAC system, and the technician showed up late and seemed unprepared. They didn’t perform a thorough inspection and left without addressing the main issues I had with the system. After their visit, my heating system still wasn’t working properly, and when I called to have them come back, I was given the runaround.
