Watch out! These people are crooks! They take advantage of vulnerable tenants like me, knowing that at the time I did not have an option to rent somewhere else. From the realtor Gena Maria Ross (an extremely vulgar and unpleasant person) upwards, they all seem to be related to each other and are all a bunch of incompetent, uneducated and rude people. The townhome was pretty much uninhabitable, they had unpaid fines in the community, they were 2 weeks late in handing over the unit and never answered any maintenance request. D... read more
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS! Rented over 7 years, has attempted eviction several times to no avail, unresponsive to any form of communication, bearly speak English and lie and fraud accounting records to their favor. Judges side with landlords in Florida, we were able to prove our innocence and the judge WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT OUR PROOF OF PAYMENTS. Take heed of these crooks, you are next if you rent from them. Beware!
