Dr colon is nice but he is not patient with people twice I asked him about things I am concerned about but his concern is to get you out asap to get new customer . I asked about a rash in my arm he didn’t even look at it and on the way out he just said we will look at it on your next visit with a tone that tells me this is the kind of Dr I need to take care of my health needs . I have been going to this doctor for the past year the office people are very nice and I am treated well I even had old insurance card and no problem all my needswere addressed
I was agresivly attacked verbally by there Dr.Ricardo Colon Ibañez whom I remind you deal with older patients that would or could feel intimidated by this individual. (He is maybe four feet tall) "I know it's hilarious" It's sad that an entity like this one have a tirant like this criminal tending to patients that only visit this place at one of the worst moments of there life. Never answer phone goes straight to voicemail and then it hangs up
I had been using the practice for years and have had the same Doctor who is great Dr Dominguez. Today, I go in for an appointment and was immediately judged by the front desk clerk for not speaking Spanish. I sensed her frustration trying to speak English to me and having an attitude about a text she claims she sent me about my insurance not listing my doctor as my PCP.
