Desde que estamos en la oficina hace años nos sentiamos como en familia, todo esto ha cambiado negativamente. Es inaceptable que después de tantos años nunca encuentres un espacio para atenderte con el médico, máxime siendo un paciente de alto riesgo. No sé quién es el administrador, pero honestamente no vale la pena llamar para agendar una cita nunca hay un espacio y muy poca empatía.
My goodness what a human being is Dr.Dayana Domingues she has been taking care of me for a while and she is not just the best but the best of all the caring person who listens to me about my condition and explain in simple words the best way to make it better yesterday I went to see her and I was having a very excruciating pain in my right side elbow and she gave me an steroid injection and the pain was gone and she recommended me to see the neurologist for my cervical pain. Llevo como 1o año tratándome ahí me encantan los doctores las enfermera pero tienene una que t atiende en frente que tiene una actitud te pregunta tiene no pues no te puedo atender ahí uno solo no para la citas ella se escucha mas bprofecional en que t puedo ayudar llevo desde el día 20 tratándome d comunicar y no contestan supuestamente la maneger es Diana le envío recado y brilla por su ausencia los doctores los mejores no me quejo pero el personal ufff
Buenas tardes. Quiero expresar mi molestia por la atención recibida hoy en reception . Mi esposo se encuentra con un fuerte dolor de espalda y, aun así, no hubo ninguna preocupación real por su estado de salud. Entiendo que llegamos unos minutos tarde, pero considero que en situaciones donde un paciente está con dolor deberían mostrar más empatía y tratar de buscar una solución, en vez de simplemente decir que no hay citas hasta el próximo mes.
