We had our system serviced, upgraded with extra panels and a blackout /backup system installed and some issues from our original install and roofing reconditiing put right by Phazer. We were incredibly happy with the whole company and our faith in the Solar industry has been restored by the high quality professional team at Phazer. Just had a 3kw solar panel array installed with battery backup. Prompt professional installation with great service before and after. Inverter had an issue so this was replaced without any problems. Definitely recommend.

Not a good experience, they caused damage to my roof during the initial installation of the solar panels, which lead to plaster and ceiling damage internally, to be repaired at my expense. In addition to this, when the solar converter failed while still under warranty, it had to be taken away and replaced, they were reimbursed for their services by the manufacturer Delta Energy Systems, yet they still tried charged me for it as well, and then threatened me when I questioned it.
