If I could give lower than one star I would. Purchased a policy through Goosehead that we were paying through our mortgage. We ran into issues where the provider mistakenly cancelled our policy and sent a refund check to an incorrect address without any communication to us. They then re-enstated our policy and recharged the policy amount to us again sending everything to the incorrect address. I received an email 3 days before our account was set to be cancelled saying that we owed the provider $1600 dollars. We reached out ... read more

Our auto insurance was going up $360/month for REMOVING a vehicle! This would have brought our bill to $960/month for 3 vehicles.
