If I could give lower than one star I would. Purchased a policy through Goosehead that we were paying through our mortgage. We ran into issues where the provider mistakenly cancelled our policy and sent a refund check to an incorrect address without any communication to us. They then re-enstated our policy and recharged the policy amount to us again sending everything to the incorrect address. Our auto insurance was going up $360/month for REMOVING a vehicle! This would have brought our bill to $960/month for 3 vehicles. So we’ve covered a vehicle for a few months that we no longer even own….RIDICULOUS!! **I met Lance Sellers today as a suggestion from a friend. I had been looking for several different quotes with insurances companies and a lot of place were highly over priced but decided to call goosehead insurance and Lance an agent with them helped me out. He was very professional and efficient with questions on the type of coverage I was looking for. He managed to find me a very reasonable price and helped me save several hundred dollars. I will highly recommend calling them and if u get a chance to request Lance do so.
