If you want a tune that’s gonna make your car run like a champ then Ron is your guy. Super knowledgeable about these cars, tuned on E35 and the car picked up 40-45whp from 91. Makes a big difference. The car still hasn’t knocked once since I got tuned and it’s been a few months driving in the heat and cold boosting. No knock no dam drop. Highly recommend Ron. Will be coming back for more toons in the future.
Straight forward no BS best reliable e tuner I have used. On my first build I was shocked how fast he got my revisions done and back for me to log. Highly recommended. Will be doing a review of the process with my new build 2020 wrx soon.
I can’t stop saying enough positive things about Ron and Phatbotti tuning. If you want longevity out of your Fa20dit he’s without a doubt the BEST tuner for these FA motors. I’ve been pro-tuned by another reputable shop but nothing came close to Phatbotti etune. It’s night and day difference. I highly recommend Phatbotti Tuning. The dedication he provides to his customers is amazing. I ordered the e-toon online after having difficulties with a dyno tune from a local SoCal shop. I was very hesitant, because I read through his website and thought the whole process was going to take two weeks or a little longer. He delivered the base map within 2 days.
