This Phat Tire closes earlier than the other ones, so its kind of annoying to find time to go when I have a life. And then when I do finally find time they're closed for literally no reason. No notice, I was even contacted today to pick up my stuff thats ready. Its like 5pm no idea why they aren't open. Which if this is anything like the other phat tires im sure they do quality work. Phat Tire sells quality bikes, parts and give world class service. They've helped me the last few weeks with bikes for exchange students from Bulgaria that live on their bikes. I've had to go in a few times needing tubes, tires, etc. They've made me feel like I was their most important customer every time I've gone in. I've watched as they handle everyone that comes in the same way. They are sincerely, 100% customer centric. Stopped by here out of the blue for help with a leaky tire. I was from out of town so they made time on the spot to help me out. Fast, friendly, professional and honest. Great experience!
