My husband and I went into Phat Tire Bike Shop to see if they had a piece for his bike. Not only did they have the piece he was looking for but was helped with the best customer service! Dane helped us find what we needed and was so kind and knowledgeable. Could not recommend this place enough!
Very new MoonCool TK1 mostly assembled by an old man and his son in law. We encountered problems around both the left and right brake systems and also around both the front and rear shifter areas (our own problems) . Found in our town Norman, OK, was "Phat Tire Bike Shop". Turned out to be a blessing for us in no less than a couple of hours in the same day. We will be taking about them ... long time.
