Absolutely rude and harsh staff especially the gentleman. He didn't treat me with car and did the worst french tip I have ever seen. I had to call him out when he was being harsh and he was so embarrassed. I will not be going back to a disrespectful nail spot. After all, there are so many others. Terrible Terrible experience!
The reception was very bad, the supervisor there was shouting and angry, they never smiled, and they didn't answer our questions, I asked for blue and pink ombre nails and they said they don't do that, I chose one color, the guy was rough in cleaning my nails and it hurt me, I was afraid I would bleed because their tools were used and not clean, they were using the tools in front of me with another person and I could see remains of other people's nails on the tools so I warned them more than once not to hurt me, I don't want... read more
Always friendly and good service and they take care to do a good job of your nails. I got a gel manicure here and loved it
This no-frills neighborhood place is great. Had the gel mani and pedi for my mom and I. Attendants were meticulous and gave us great service, with a wonderful leg and arm massages, plus parafin wax. Reasonably priced and very skilled. Huge selection of colors, and they try to accomadate last minute appointments, too. Perfect place for regular maintenance. Don't know why it's not higher rated.
