I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years, I like fun and unique designs, I have struggled to find someone that first of all listens to what I want and secondly understands what I want. PHAT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He does listen and he is amazing. I wanted 4 nails painted with unique crazy Valentine designs and WOW.
