We had them install a system several years ago and the installation went well but I've been trying to reach them for over a week and can't get a phone call or email returned. The system isn't working right and it's as though there is no one in the office.
I helped my parents purchase a system from them. Had issues with the contract, but the installers that came were great overall. Unfortunately, when we started having issues with the system, (my wife, son, and I live with them), back towards the end of '15, I could not get them to come out and fix the one panel that stopped producing. (Ours is an inverter optimizer system). Back in May our main inverter went down, and I could not get them to even respond.
