Best Artist – I have been a collector of tattoos for the past 15 years. So I am going to say that i am a almost expert in getting them and a great judge of a great artist. BEST LITTLE TATTOO SHOP IN LYNN, AND THE WOMEN ARE GOOD LOOKING TOO! – Well lets see where to begin. I walk into this very small tattoo shop in Lynn. When I opened the door the smell was very comforting, it was just 2 weeks ago and the smell was that of homemade holiday cookies.These two smiling woman who are both very lovely and sweet greeted me with , "Can I help you ?'', right off, no waiting for someone. got to see megg – i got a new tattoo from Megg here at phat cat tattoo just wanted to show much love and respect to my girl my tat is great . i was quoted $1000.00 by 2 other lynn shops and told it would take two settings well megg she was able to beat their prices I paid $650 and had it all done in one setting. My tattoo is hot, check out megg she is amazing with the black and gray shading. i have been getting ink for the past 5 years and this is my favorite and best one i have so far thanks Megg, Big Steve
