My experience with Kristen is always amazing and incredibly relaxing! I’ve had multiple sessions of reflexology with Kristen. I find the sessions as beneficial as a full body massage. I love her attention to detail and customization during the session. If you are experiencing more discomfort in one body part over the rest she will accommodate her routine for you. She has a passion for her craft and you can tell! Highly recommend Kristen for reflexology!
Kristen is a fantastic Reflexologist. Her hands are delightful. Her presence and energy make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. During and after my session I felt more at peace and less stressed. Afterwards, I slept extremely well. Kristen is also very knowledgeable about Reflexology. I would highly recommend seeing her for Reflexology.
Kristen is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was very hesitant as I had never had reflexology before. She made me feel very at ease. I learned so much about the relationship of my feet to my entire body and look forward to future sessions! It’s relaxing and rejuvenating. I could feel the stress melt away by the end of the session!
