I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience here. I was browsing necklaces at this shop and lightly repositioned one of them while looking at another nearby — something any customer might do while shopping. At no point did I hide or pocket any merchandise, nor did I act inappropriately. A Truly Unforgettable Costumer Service Experience About two years ago, I bought a beautiful ring from Phases Store in Lake George. Not long after, a small piece of the ring came loose. One of my favorite places in Lake George. From the unique pieces they carry to the atmosphere, it is extremely welcoming and definitely worth stopping by. The owner and his employees are always very kind and helpful every time I visit. I’d recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a one of a kind piece to add to your jewelry collection!

I was bored, made a bad purchase and store credit was not a possibility. I still feel the merchandise is overpriced and store owner spends all his time fighting bad press for a store that’s on the ropes. I wouldn’t believe half of what I read above. Serious doubts that the store does much business, but the owner relies on videos, strict store policies that do not help the customer to make his money. This whole scene did not leave me with a happy experience.
