I hired Phase4 Construction to restore/rebuild my home in Tampa FL after it was flooded from Hurricane Milton. They did a fantastic job, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. The owner, Randy, met me at my house the day after the storm, explained the restoration process, and answered all of my questions. They started demolition the next day, and had family back in the house within 6 weeks (which is an amazing turnaround time for such an involved project on short notice). This company , Phase 4 Construction, is the most honest and trustworthy company that I’ve ever dealt with. The workmanship is superior and everything is done in a timely manner. The owner is responsive and follows through on all issues. They were a blessing to me!
