I took a chainsaw in for a tuneup, they told me they would call me, after not hearing from them, I drove by the shop. Surprise to me they had it ready but didn't call me. I left and went home, chainsaw would not run, so I took it back, a short time later they called and said it was ready. After i picked it up and went home, it still doesn't run right! I refuse to take it back to them again, or anything else in the future.
This the former Cecil Moore business. The new owner( John Saunders)is from Brooklyn NY where he also ran a simular business. His wife has relatives in Woodruff spawning this relocation of his business. I think he is here to stay. He is very personable and knowledgeable . He sold me a Husquavarna zero turn which i have been very happy with. He has something for every range of user. His shop supervisor is very experienced with large and small equipment repairs and will take time to help us self helpers. I highly recommend this... read more
