I hired Karl from Phase Construction to build a Gazabo with a concrete foundation. Karl did a wonderful job, he paid attention to every detail , we could not ask for more. We're enjoying many happy wonderful hours in our Gazebo even when it's raining. We will definitely be using Phase Construction in the future. Thank you Karl for a surpurb job.
