RecommendedI purchase a home theatre receiver and speakers from Rod in July. Rod took great care of me and I was impressed with their competitive prices and knowledge. He answered all my questions. I had an issue with the receiver. I took it in and sure enough the receiver was bad. It was SO nice to be able to take it in to a professional and have everything taken care of right away. Don’t waste your time with online shopping or chain stores. Thanks again Rod and staff!
Took my toyhauler in today after a frustrating weekend of battling two TVs and DVD players that weren’t working. Richard was kind enough to work me in and had things working in no time at a price that was more than fair.
Bought head unit for car at fair price but when asked for a quote on subwoofers his price was more then double what i could buy the same sub for on Amazon or Cruthfeild. I get that businesses need to profit but double the price is ripping people off. Shop prices before you buy from them. also much of there car stereo equipment is refurbished/ returned merchandise. that they resell without telling customer that its refurbished.
Bought a 600.00 receiver for my truck and the guy should have know..the screen comes out motorized and my shifter is in the way an Its not going to work also the speakers sound worse than the stock ones . All had to come back out . Hopefully they will exchange it without making me pay any restocking fee for something that's not my fault . Well see monday...***UPDATE***....MADE IT RIGHT AND ITS SOUNDS GREAT NOW YAY ! COILSNT BE HAPPIER!!!!!!

Absolutely incredible service!! They programmed the new stereo they put in and, set all the station preset setting I had on my old one onto my new one! They even fixed the clock in my car that was wrong...which I hadn't been able to fix! All around glowing review for customer service, product quality, and service quality!
These guys are always very professional and always let me make my choice of services. They're never pushy or overbearing when it comes to sales and the installs are awesome. Great work! We are repeat customers for sure!! Thanx phase 4!
