This is the worstttttt gym ever!!! The have the worst staff, worst receptionist which is rude as hell, worst service, worst machines, worst conditions in all completly bad. Worst mistake ever!!!! ���
Seriously can't believe that I have to send a certified letter to cancel my membership that supposedly had no contract and then they still want to charge me all kinds of fees... Trying to keep customers where they aren't happy is just wrong
I had this gym membership for a few years, I decided to cancel back in October 2017, I called and spoke to a representative to which they told me to send a certified letter, and that they would withdraw my last payment themselves. I was never told or called to come in person (regardless of what their system says). I went today to cancel in person and they added in like 7 fees totaling to 155$. Disappointed with all the negative reviews and especially with the childish responses from the club/owner. Guess I'll look elsewhere for a gym membership. Good luck! I hope things improve for all current members. UPDATE: THIS DUMBASS, JUST SENT ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE. IDIOT JUST TOLD ME I LEFT MY EMPLOYMENT WITH HIM ON BAD TERMS, AND THAT I HAVEN'T BEEN IN THE GYM SINCE 2012. THIS ASSHOLE, MUST HAVE ME CONFUSED WITH SOMEONE ELSE. I GUESS THOSE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FROM SO MANY PEOPLE, ARE JUSTIFIED.
Alguien sabe si el gym habré mañana 25,es que quería probarlo pero no sé si habren manana o si dan algún pasé de 3 días gratis como los demás gym,agradecería la respuesta de alguien. Gracias
