If I could rate a negative I would! Family member had been trying to cancel membership for over 7 months and had not been able to. Apparently, only one person is knowledge enough to give a payoff, the problem is that she's never there and doesn't return calls! They make the process extremely difficult! HATE THS PLACE. Highly discourage anyone from becoming a member.
