[Summer 2025 Review] So, two weeks ago our AC stopped cooling during the heat wave we had. After a long and hot weekend I called Pharo on Monday morning. Remarkably, they were able to send out a technician the same day who diagnosed a major coolant leak. The unit had already been in service for 17 years, so we decided to replace it instead of attempting a repair. Later the same day Clint Pharo sent me some quotes and answered my follow-up questions.
