I have worked with pharmerica for years, great service and are quick to fix issues when they arise.
What a joke! Waste of time and money! I call to make sure that they can compound the prescription that I need, and they happily respond. Sure, we can do that. Then, after a twenty dollar Uber to get there, I'm told we'll yeah we can make that, but we only serve long-term care and assisted living facilities. More money for another Uber. No prescription! My insurance company has this pharmacy listed as 24 hour in-network pharmacy, and sent my prescription here. The employees at this location told me they couldn’t serve the “public” and did not fill my prescription.
I had a question about two medications on Sunday evening after every pharmacy in the area was closed. I even checked Costco's Maui store and the pharmacy was already closed. I'd spent a lot of time looking for answers online- my question was primarily about the form factor and medication delivery technology and I wanted answers before I saw my provider.
