This company is contracted with a SNF called Haven Health of Phoenix. Pharmcare has sent over since 1/16 over 10 leaky IV bags with a life saving antibiotic, making those bags unusable. The patient needing that medication has received it many hours late, and sometimes not at all, as the company seems incapable of fixing this problem. They are very slow sending over meds for new patients. Highly recommend you don't attend a facility that uses this pharmacy, they are not safe.
