The big pharmacy stores should learn customer service from here. Great service, my prescription was ready in 1 hour and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They made it so convenient by taking a copy on phone and then taking the original when I am there. I thought it is not possible to be efficient in healthcare system here, but its not the system that is the problem its how people in the system do their job. Kudos! I am moving my preferred pharmacy to this location.
