Worst customer service ever. They don't stand beyond their products. They don't accept returns of any kind even if the product doesn't correspond to description. Once you gave them your money, you're screwed. Good luck for aftersale service. Also their prices are outrageous. Upcharging everything and they don't want to price match anything .
I will change this review when i get a response back about my inquiry. Emailed them twice and called them once and no reply. Will see how this goes and change it if they actually get back to me. From past reviews, it seems normal for them to not answer or reply.
I am a front store manager and running 5 different stores. I am not happy that you do not have any sales reps anymore. Frank was great at servicing my stores. I could always count on him to know what we needed.
They don't provide any warranty for their products including electronics which is required by law. 2 of traceable digital thermometers purchased from them both broke within 6 months and they advised that there's no warranty beyond 60 days. I advise anyone not to use this company.
