I switched to this Pharmasave after being with Shoppers (they couldn't give me the titration I needed), where I got unfriendly, unsmiling, expensive service for many, many years. I assumed this was how things always were with pharmacies. Not so. Natalie and her team are amazing – responsive and helpful to a fault. Honestly, I had no idea pharmacy service could be this good.
