This isn't the first time this has happened, but it happened again today and it is really scary to think that people's medications are in the hands of very rude staff. I had my left eye cataract surgery last week and took the prescription form I was given to them to fill. Two of the three medications were dispensed okay but the third most important one that was supposed to have four repeats, had zero repeats.
