Pas l'habitude de laisser de mauvais commentaire, mais là j'ai vraiment trouvé ça pas professionnel. J'arrive à la pharmacie côté médicaments, il n'y a que 2 personnes qui parlent à la pharmacienne. Pas de souci j'attends 10 minutes qu'elles aient fini. Elles partent, je m'avance, la pharmacienne me dit de patienter un moment et qu'elle revient tout de suite... Terrible service. This pharmacy confirms orders virtually only to tell customers they’re out of supply at pickup and they charge insurance without delivering. I’ll be filing a formal complaint.
La pharmacienne ne sait pas comment parler avec ses clients. C est très décevant et je ne reviendrai plus jamais à cette pharmacie.
