Worst pharmaprix I've ever been to. The pharmacy is severely disorganized and have refilled the wrong medication or forgot to refill half of my order multiple times. I understand it is a busy pharmaprix but the service does not suffice.
Prescription wait times are atrociously long. Pharmacist was incredibly rude. Avoid at all costs. Do not waste your time here
Je suis extrêmement déçu par le service de cette pharmacie. Je m'y suis présenté avec une ordonnance (antibiotiques, antidouleurs et autres médicaments) après une intervention dentaire. Dès mon arrivée, on m'a annoncé un délai de 40 minutes à une heure. J'étais prêt à attendre. This review is for the pharmacy. I stopped using them a few years ago because of how unpleasant they were. It's a real imposition for them to have to answer a question and I've actually had an employee pretend he couldn't see or hear me . I have since been going to Jean Coutu nearby and have been very happy .The employees are friendly empathetic and very competent.
