I called for the price of a prescription and when there were two medications, the French (not québécois) man laughed and didn't want to provide it because it was too much hassle. He honnestly should have been fired on the spot for the tone and message he communicated, and his refusal to serve a potential customer. Almost unbelievable but I have the call recorded.
Customer services is absolutely mediocre (exept for the makeur counter people, yall rock!) Staff is really hard to find on the floor, every time i asked for help at the cash the lady has to call for help 4~5 times on the intercom before someone actually shows up, ive been refused service multiple times, staff says "if we dont have there, then we dont have at all" and they refuse to go verify themselves, last time it happened, the employee was arguing with me, rolling their eyes when i asked them to show me exactly where its ... read more
