I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this pharmacy after being a long-time client. I came in for my usual prescriptions (Winlevi cream, vitamin D, and spironolactone), all of which are long-term, valid prescriptions I have consistently filled here without issues. I also had one new prescription from my dermatologist. This visit was completely disorganized and took nearly an hour due to clear confusion and lack of competence from the staff member handling my file. Je suis convaincu que c'est un bon endroit et qu'on y est toujours bien traité, même s'il arrive que le service de sécurité fasse preuve de beaucoup de discrimination envers certaines personnes en raison de leur apparence, sans savoir si elles ont de bonnes intentions.
