As a regular customer at the Pharmaprix on Salaberry, I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of the girl at the cosmetic counter today. While she may appear friendly at first, her attitude is rude and passive-aggressive. When I walked in I smiled when she greeted me, but when I approached to ask a question, she refused to assist me until I verbally said “hi” back repeating "Hi" it in a condescending tone until I did.
