Je suis abasourdie qu'on ait refusé de me donner un conseil médical parce que je n'avais pas de compte. Je suis venue avec mon fils de 5 ans qui avait un oreille gonflée et des douleurs. Je suis sortie rapidement sans carte d'assurance maladie. La personne qui m'a "accueillie" à la pharmacie s'est obstinée à me répondre que sans compte, je ne pouvais pas recevoir de conseil. L'absurdité de ce système me dépasse. Quelle est la prochaine étape? Devoir payer pour avoir un conseil? Parler à une machine au lieu d'un humain?
Was supposed to pick my package that they were not able to send to my friend, and they asked me for “sending fees”. I agreed and asked a number to contact to see what happened with the delivery and the worker Johnathan said “I don’t know”. I then asked if they have an email or something and he again said “I don’t know”. At this point, he can be replaced by a robot and it will be the same thing. $200 of total fees to send and get back for no reason.
