La service de pharmacie est très incompétent. Ils ne voulaient pas me donner mes médicaments puisqu’il n’était pas capable de trouver ma prescription qui était déjà renouvelée par ma médecin. On me dit au comptoir que c’est moi qui n’est pas à mon affaire et on ne me croit pas lorsque je leur dit que ma prescription est renouvelée. Fast and good communication
The customer service representatives at this kiosk has ZERO manners! No educations and real formations on how to actually treat the clients. Specially the young girl at the cosmetics department who works their on Sunday. I am giving ONE star 🌟 for the supervisor of the store, Rose, but I am unsure of it because the employee, at the cash, Emile, is a big disrespectful and unprofessional employee!!
