I work in retail at Provigo, a big store. When customers ask me where something is, even if I don’t know right away, I’ll still try to help or at least point them in the right direction. That’s just basic customer service. At Pharmaprix, it’s a completely different experience. You ask an employee a simple question like where deodorant is, and they’ll straight up say, “We don’t sell that,” and that’s it. No checking, no helping, no “let me see.” Just zero effort.
