Very disappointing service from the pharmacy, the voicemail regularly is disconnected, and the staff offers varying degrees of helpfulness and kindness. You can be lucky and sometimes all goes well, but also unlucky quiet a few times, and they sigh over the phone when you enquire if the medication you asked for 5 days ago is ready for pickup (answer was no).
