Purchased a perfume and it’s not giving any smell but they it’s the place policy we can’t do anything
I had concerns about the post office and the strike and didn’t know if I could send my package to Calgary. The young filipina was helpful and explained what was rotation strike and reassured me my package would get there! She helped me send it for cheaper with those Flat Rate prepaid boxes! Always helpful staff at the post office! 💯💯
I went to the post office on October 21, 2025, at around 5PM. The young Asian lady wearing glasses has poor customer service. She was rough and rude. She threw the scanner on the counter and seemed irritated by the fact that I came to pick up my package. The other Filipina employee that helped me at the post office a few weeks ago was kind and courteous. This one, on the other hand, needs to be more professional and respectful towards customers.
