The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They have horrible customer service and your medications are never ready on time even if you call ahead. They allow for you to book delivery online and it sets a day and time for your delivery. They called me 5 times to ask if they could deliver the day before. Everytime I said no. They tried to deliver it while I was not home and then they called me again to ask why I wasn’t home. I explained that it’s for the next day they said ok. The employees (including the supervisors and manager) at this Pharmaprix are rude and incompetent. They treat people as potential thieves instead of ordinary customers. I will never shop there after a recent terrible experience. Avoid this Pharmaprix. The Jean Coutu across the street is much better.
Je suis venu rechercher ma commande de renouvellement de médicaments aujourd’hui. La préparatrice pharmacie était incapable de retrouver ma commande. Elle a regardé dans le système elle a vu que j’avais fait préparer ma commande mais ne le retrouvait pas. Elle m’a ensuite accusé d’être déjà venu chercher la commande alors que je n’étais même pas au Canada.
