I had an amazing shopping experience with Bridget at the cosmetics and make up department I enjoy going to Pharamaprix because I always find talented and caring salsspeople
Avoid this pharmacy if you’re looking for patience and attention to detail. And if you don’t already have an order prepared, be ready to wait at least an hour. I went to help someone pick up a prescription and the experience lacked attention to detail. When giving the subscription the employee took the card and forgot to return it because the order/insurance situation was complicated. I already wasn't fond of this pharmacy for many reasons, but this is my last straw. I have my file here because it is close to my school and convenient for me to pick up prescriptions. I called earlier this morning to request my prescription to be delivered to my place, which is about 25 minutes by car. I had called on Friday, but they told me that they didn't do deliveries so it would have to go to Monday. I talked to someone over the phone this morning, who confirmed my information and my address. It used to be really great. But customer service has plunged lately. If I have an emergency and call them, no one ever picks up the phone. I have to wait and wait and call multiple times. Apparently, they have assumed everything can be done either online or through their call menu. They do not realize just how absurd that assumption is. It's getting downright toxic. This is a healthcare venue. Dysfunctions of this sort can cause actual medical harm. I do not think this is ethical.
Je suis sortie frustrée de mon expérience dans le comptoir beauté. La Mme la plus âgée ( avec des lunettes et qui fait des airs de boss) a répondu " ok" quand j'ai dit que j'avais besoin d'aide pour un produit.
