The staff are polite, but the service is very slow. It almost always takes about an hour (or more) to prepare my medications.
I despise the self checkout machines that bark incomprehensibly while the terminals flash buttons at bewildered shoppers. True enshittification of the Pharmaprix shopping experience we used to love. Edit: While I appreciate the response from the owner of the Pharmaprix franchise, the suggestion that I should take time out of my day to file a complaint with Shoppers corporate really only adds insult to injury - I’d rather take my business elsewhere.
I had a very concerning experience with this pharmacy. One of my medications was missing from my order, which is a serious error that could put a patient’s health at risk if they do not notice it right away. The service was also very frustrating. Even when an order is placed online or by phone, and even after receiving a call saying it is ready, there can still be a wait of several hours. For a pharmacy, accuracy and timely service are essential. Based on my experience, this location was disappointing and unreliable.
