Today was my first experience shopping at this pharmacy. I want to say that the pharmacist, Daniel, who provides consultations, behaved unprofessionally. I don’t speak French or English very well, and my situation was unusual, so I needed advice on the best remedy. Mauvais service à la clientèle. Execuses bidons qu'on ne peut pas échanger un produit, qui est défectueux, parce que ce n'est pas un produit de la "marque" Pharmaprix. Je l'ai acheté sur place, il y a 7 jours..... Pourtant, dans la facture il est écrit que tout remboursement ou échange doit se faire dans les 30 jours de l'achat. Mais, ils disent qu'ils ne sont pas responsables des produits qu'ils vendent.....donc, je me retrouve avec un désodorisant qui ne pourra jamais être utilisé.
