Tried to buy a cojcelear from this store. The famle security guard rudely took it away and told me I could only buy it at the make up section. When I actually get to the makeup counter i have to wait for the male makeup to finish his conversation with his friend for 10 minutes. As I ask him if i could be scanned, he looks at me rudely and tells me to wait. Rude, unprofessional and reproted to HR.
Terrible customer service, the staff is rude forcing you to ONLY purchase product from the 1st floor on the 1st floor, but the rude staff on the first floor is too busy talking to their friends (mind you there are self checkout cashes on the 2nd floor), if you dont want to waste 20 mins of your time (trying to buy 10$ for of products) just go to the one down the street
