Cette note est pour les cosmétiques. Le reste de l’équipe à la pharmacie sont très professionnels. Mais la madame aux cosmétiques dont j’ai pas le nom est d’une méchanceté gratuite incroyable. Elle m’a fait vivre une mauvaise expérience lors d’un échange causé par un étiquettage erroné de leur part. Au lieu de s’excuser pour ça elle me blame et ne me regarde pas dans les yeux en me donnant à payer!! Pas la première mauvaise expérience avec cette dame.
The incompetency and disgusting attitude of the blonde pharmacist, was beyond imagination. She simply didn't want to help. I'd be questioning why I'm paying an employee a salary, with this kind of staff. Never coming back...
