Horrible service I ask a girl who worked their for something I think she was Arab or Persian and she didn't even say hello just told me quickly where the item was and looked at me like I was dumb. The girl needs to learn customer skills
I visited the cosmetics department today and was disappointed with the customer service I received. I asked for assistance with a Chanel product. The associate was standing directly in front of me organizing Chanel products but did not acknowledge or assist me. I had to repeat my request, and it was only after mentioning that I was in a hurry that he provided minimal assistance. His demeanor remained cold and unprofessional throughout the interaction.
