Many thanks to Rami, Vera, Franca (sp?), and Pharmacist Marengo who were so kind, professional, & helpful. I especially thank them for their medical knowledge & guidance regarding a needed over-the-counter medication for my hand. They helped me find the less expensive, non-branded option. I am sad that others did not experience their demonstrated high levels of service. Perhaps everyone was having a challenging day…? In sum, this store was clean, bright, and well stocked. Terrible customer service, the manager of prescription counter is very rude, things overpriced (same product at PJC is 50$ instead of 90$ that i found there) and they wont refund a product that doesn't even fit me and that I cant use.
