J’ai eu une très belle expérience le week-end passé au rayon cosmétiques chez Pharmaprix. Une jeune conseillère qui s’appelle Maude m’a accueillie avec un grand sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse. Elle explique vraiment très bien les produits, prend le temps de répondre aux questions et donne des conseils adaptés avec professionnalisme, malgré son jeune âge. On sent qu’elle aime ce qu’elle fait et cela rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à elle pour son excellent service !
It has been twice now that this pharmacy has been utterly unhelpful and entirely useless. I ran out of two of my prescription meds at two different times, and they have never ever warned me that the refill I’d receive is the last one. Whenever I’d understandably act surprised that I ran out of refills, they’d give me an extra refill, act incredibly annoyed that they had to give me one and refuse to fax my doctors office to ask for a new prescription even though it’s their job and it quite literally takes two minutes.
