Il y a un drapeau de la fierté écrit "tout le monde est bienvenue" à l'entrée mais on me dit daller voir le pharmacien (apres 50 minutes d'attente) pour me faire demander si je connais les effets d'estradiol et le pharmacien avait pas l'air de me croire que c'était pour moi. It’s an ok pharmacy. In the last 8 months I’ve been given IOUs for prescriptions on two separate occasions, which meant extra trips back. It’s an older facility too, not as nice as other Pharmaprix locations and it’s a dead zone in terms of cell phone coverage.
I ended up leaving this pharmacy after the pharmacist gave me very dangerous advice (told me to take 5-10x the dosage of my medication) and it was not until I pushed back multiple times that he actually looked at the prescription and admitted he was wrong. They also messed up my insurance billing a few times. It seems like especially the non-pharmacy part of the store is extremely understaffed. have gone multiple times to use the post office counter and then been told sorry we don't have staff to work the counter right now.
