Je suis allée chercher des médicaments et j’ai attendu 45 min pour qu’on me les prépare alors qu’il n’y avait aucun autre client! Il y avait 5 personnes derrière le comptoir… c’est inacceptable. Il faudrait améliorer la gestion des préparations car ça a l’air très désorganisé!
Rendez-vous avec le pharmacien Ahmed Mehdoui. Très compétent, mais la qualité de la relation humaine a été un peu décevante.

Lent tres lent pourtant y a une foule. Impression qu il.y a un changement au niveau de l administration et que le service en a pris un coup. A éviter
We needed to see a nurse for a test and prescription. We werent able to book online, so i called and got anwsered directly, the staff was very understanding and totally collaborative to make sure we get the service we needed. When we got there, the staff was amazing again and the nurse was super caring and involved, we could see from one human to another, they were happy to help. They provided the test, care and prescription needed and we were out within 30 minutes. I dont understand all the bad reviews, i would think it has... read more
