Great pharmacist
Ma première visite à la pharmacie, on m’a donnée 2 antibiotiques (dans 1 prescription libre en arrière comptoir polysporin pour oreille et un antibiotique) juste pour le lidocaine. C’était un monsieur et j’avais eu un bon service par les assistantes pharmaciennes. Mais une des assistantes pharmaciennes qui m’a reçue ce jour-là m’a mal servie aujourd’hui. Terrible service. Absolutely zero respect for other peoples time. On top of which the woman was rude when I said I'd been waiting for over an hour she asked if it was their fault. Whose else could it be? After half an hour they told me the médecine was expensive, I said OK. Then 45 minutes later they inform me they don't have it in stock. I went next door to Jean Coutu and immediately transferred my dossier to them.
Horrible experience , I bought drops jublia for my toe nail after a drop my toe became red and started burning I called the pharmacy spoke to hamed ( owner) I told him of the bad reaction I had He just told me to call the manufacturer and complain , I paid at pharmaprix 135 $ for it When I asked for refund he said no Call the company and ask them I find it’s a very bad customer service
Attention quand vous prenez un article ou autre les cosméticienne vous force a payer a leurs caisse car elles sont commissionnés et inventés des faux prétexte pour que vous payer a leurs caisse au lieux de payer a la caisse vers la sortie. Je ne viendrais plus acheter des produits dans ce pharmaprix
